After accidentally burning my PC’s power management unit, I end up with my wireless keyboard’s reciever and modem connected to my Playstation 3, browsing the web. The browser doesn’t support many things, including the rich editor in Wordpress, but it’s ok. Another bad feeling is me disappointing you guys, and failing to do a little voice acting for the quest on Halloween. Everything was perfect. I had just the right connection, my hardware (on that computer) was finally working well with Second Life, the next day is a non-school day, and I had to ruin it all by flicking the Volts switch by accident while connecting a few wires. I guess this is how sadness feels like, in all it’s “glory”. Well, at least it supports Flash, but not Shockwave so Habbo doesn’t work. But, I still got Club Penguin for fun…
It’s all my fault, and we’re lucky to have lifetime warranty for several hardware devices, and the limited-time warranty is still ongoing for some, so we’re fully covered. I once bought a computer from the same assembler (OEM), that its Motherboard (AKA Mainboard) burnt in 5 days, even less. They apparently gave me a defect one, yet my happiness was still crushed. How i’d like now to walk into Habbo at least, in one of those “Fridge games”, or ridiculously huge trading shops, or just party with some friends. By the way, the post is coming along, just a little lazy about writing it.
I’m like a frickin’ grim reaper. I kill everything. My iPod’s battery got burnt, computer’s power management unit, I wonder what’s next. Well, i’m gonna go watch some YouTube or Veoh, CBS have full length show episodes there. Catch ya later.
Damn, I need to see more pre-recorded TV shows to be smiling ol’ Smiley again.
The quest has been delayed until further notice due to a burnt power management unit in my computer. Deeply sorry friends, my computer’s assembler may get it fixed in two-three days. Until then, my only working computer is my Playstation 3. Once again, deeply sorry for this inconvenience.
Starting tomorrow, Halloween eve, the Shadow Halloween Quest will be opened to the public. But, no public link. Look around the page for clues, and click any you’ll find. Once you find the right one, it will lead to a page about the quest, including your first mission. The quest tells a story about Shadow, the dark persona, and why it is looking to haunt people and terrorize the metaverse. Complete the quest, send me the special code you get at the end, and you can win prizes. Yes, also Main Griders can play. Try your luck, even just for fun
.
The quest will be open from Halloween Eve, October 31st, 5:00PM to the day you thank your beloved god for everything, Thanksgiving, November 22nd at Midnight. Be sure to email the code AS-IS to Smiley [at] DuoGrid [dot] com once you’re done!. I’ll check my email on Halloween morning.
While going on a trip to YouTube to put My Chemical Romance’s (just heard one of their songs, much better than I thought
) song Helena, in the background while reading news from blogs (Especially Vint’s post
), I bumped into a “Sims 2 version” of it. Thought “These aren’t so well, but let’s have a look”. What I have to say is, wow. Even Electronic Arts, The Sims’ original developers, don’t make such good machinima. I wouldn’t be surprised if EA hire her and purchase her creations as their own. Simply A-M-A-Z-I-N-G.
The camera in The Sims 2 isn’t as good and simple to use in Second Life, yet it looks much better. Even camera gadgets couldn’t do better
. The “acting” is also amazing, mostly impressed as she made her own animations for some situations, including fingers
. As most Sims 2 fanatics know, its impossible to create Sims 2 animations, and even those who make it through are lame. See for yourself!
Yeppers, this is taken by the idea of Vint’s “Second Life Web Resources” often post! I’m making mine for the 1-feed-per-1/2-hour/s habit Engadget (and others) have:
- Leopard hacked for Intel PC consumption — Mac OS X Leopard has been hacked to run on PCs, means no buying 600$+ computers! Although I do agree the 64-bit core and HD graphics really interest me into staying on the “Buy an iMac!” side…
- Leopard vs Vista: feature chart showdown — No matter what Mac OS X has in store for me, I somehow still think of “But, I want an iPod Touch first!” “Idiot, your currently hard-damaged PC doesn’t even support iTunes 7.4*!”, so this keeps me on track ‘^_^.
- Habbo ~ Trick or Treat TGIF — The Habbo Hotel team from Sulake has a nice little treat for us Habbos for Halloween, so I selected option one (Treated) with my main account, and option two (Tricked) with my alt, hehe. Yep, for now I moved to Habbo Hotel due to all the problems i’m having in SL. SL works on my main PC’s hardware, but not it’s ISP, vice-versa on the secondary PC. Habbo and There.com work on the secondary, so why not…
- Habbo ~ *FREE* PURPLE TRAXMACHINES! — No matter how hard I
try tried (It EXPIRED! AHHH!) I can’t get one with the complimentary Traxpack! I mean, it opens with 900 every day at 3:00PM EST, and I try exactly at 3:00PM EST, and it says none are left!. Ouch.
*The currently damaged installation of XP (that looks like Mac OS X for now — changed theme) doesn’t support Windows Installer packages at all, but removal. This probably has some problems with the temporary directories, where files are extracted to during the installation. Stupid Windows core.

After some HTML writing, a new wizard on DuoGrid for product optimization has been created. This is a must when wanting to make your product available on both grids, for free or for L$. It’s just a “fun-ner” way of reading a guidelines page, as it doesn’t do much. After you reach the page with the smiling chat bubble, you have a guarantee you can contact us either right-away, or later, if you need to edit your product’s code before sending it for optimization.
Check it out now here.
Well, it’s awesome. No, really, you should know it is absolutely perfect, before reading my review
.
The new iPod Nano 3G is thinner than ever, with an astonishing thinness of 6.5mm (0.26 Inch), a much better system and screen, videos, up to 8GB, and a marvelous price. Except for the iPod Touch maybe, it’s the best iPod ever for most casual listeners. Read on beyond the break (new bloggers term I read about! ‘^_^) for the full review.

Well, the rage and warning will finally come to a BIG start. The “Irgoon” (Hebrew for “Organization”) has come to a big strike, that will probably be a few weeks. During that time, we have shrinked down time tables, from 1 to 3 hours per day ONLY!. *faint* We used to have about 36 hours usually, but now due to the strikes we’ll have a max of 18 ONLY!*.
So, now I gots’ more time for development stuff and games
. WHOO!!!
.
Plus, i’ve set up a redirection URL for my classmates and friends which I’ll update it every day
. Check it out yourself at duogrid.com/dayld
.
Update: It appears they’ve released one for the entire week. *Awww*
* Teachers (don’t) have the rights to be bitches and add us another hour on any day. We also (don’t) have the rights to take a pistol or shotgun to school and shoot them. Rofl.
Well, they’ve done it again, only this time without lag
. Another reincarnation of the Furry Plateu, only this time, region-size and much better!. The new “Furry Plateu” is less furry-oriented than before and much more “Midian City-like”
.
