Folklore — The Most Awesome Game of the Most Awesome Games!

If you don’t already know, I got a PS3 :D . And the most awesome demo I play again and again (15 times to-date) is Folklore :D :D :D . The most awesome of games ever to set foot in the domain of High Definition games. Or in 2 words — kick ass!. The game is about two strangers, Ellen and Keath, “visiting” two Netherworlds named Faeryrealm and Warcadia. They later on appear to “switch worlds” as we see them in each other’s beginner world in several screenshots ‘^_^.

Ellen’s mother, died a long time ago, yet surprisingly sends her a letter saying she’s alive, and that she is in the village of Doolin. She sets off to the village of Doolin, to see her mother. Keath, a reporter, received an anonymous phone call from a woman saying “…He’ll kill me!…I’m at the village of Doolin, hurry!…”. Later on, he decides to visit the “Land of the Dead”, the village Doolin. They both “fall into” different worlds, fighting different creatures, yet fight the same boss entity, the Folklore.

In short, the game is an awesome game, based on a fictional story that surprisingly sucks you in. One thing i’m surprised about is, they stretched the demo across 4-5 levels, with an addtional boss level versus the Folklore?!?!. So is the game that short, or is it simply to demonstrate the battle? O.o . I’ll take option number 2 hehe.

Note: Several regions named the village with another name, due to an unknown reason. The official trailer on the official Playstation website says Doolin, so it must be one of those copyright/existing place issues  .
